Team Expeditions

Team building expeditions provide a fun, good natured competition for your teams! Team Expeditions are the most incredible team building events offered in any state in the union: InnerWork's popular Team Expeditions are modeled on the now famous Eco Challenges, where teams of men and women must work together in a timed event to overcome numerous obstacles and challenges. While not as rigorous or as grueling as a real Eco Challenge, the Team Expeditions are loads more fun and build incredible levels of team camaraderie and team spirit.

In this unique experience, teams are issued special Team Expedition equipment, large colorful team flags, and team code names like Alpha, Bravo, Delta, Whiskey, Zulu, and more. They will face off against each other, and engage in real challenges, such as:

Setting up a Headquarters
Planning their Team Expedition strategy
Assigning key roles
Using real maps and advanced scouts to locate critical information
Solving a series of complex team initiatives as they navigate across unfamiliar terrain

Members of Team Building Expeditions face escalating tests of their ability to work together. If they are successful - and don't "wash out" - they learn the importance of:

Team trust
Communication
Commitment
Interpersonal support
Accountability
Risk-taking

Also, like real life, conditions are changing all the time, calling for constant team flexibility and adaptability. Participants in Team Building Expeditions will deal with simulated freak weather, sudden re-organizations, and even roguish warriors whose mission might be to steal their Flag or take some of them hostage!

The day concludes with rousing team presentations of key lessons learned, and for serious bonus points, teams could opt for a team song capturing their heroic exploits. Somebody, please bring a camera or camcorder!

The Team Expedition concludes with the awarding of Gold, Silver, and Bronze prizes as the good-natured rivalry flows into a post-event celebration.
