Leadership Coaching Facilitators

Overview

As an organizational leader, you may benefit from a powerful Leadership Coaching process that is customized to your own individual leadership development needs. Unlike other leadership coaching processes, experienced InnerWork senior Coaches are experts at helping you explore your development in three important and integral domains:

The Self: explore deeper change from the Inside-Out as a “whole person”, including powerful skills and tools for increasing self-awareness and the internal regulation of thoughts & emotions that drive your outer behavior.

  • You will also explore and apply selected high performance leadership attributes that could improve your leadership effectiveness; and reduce / eliminate any negative patterns that have not been effective in your role.

The Team: build stronger relationships with others, including your manager, your peers, and your direct reports; as well as learn how you can build & lead more effective teams.

The Organization: use your most important work challenges (or relationship challenges) as the “learning zone” for exploring with your Coach how you can lead more effective organizational change on these critical priorities.

The Leadership Coaching Process

Assessment

  • InnerWork’s Leadership Coaching process often starts with a Leadership Assessment that can include a 360 feedback assessment that invites personalized confidential feedback from your manager, peers, direct reports, and even family & friends. This 360 feedback process provides powerful information to increase deeper self-awareness and insight, and increase your motivation for change.

Action Planning

  • Based on your goals and the feedback from the Assessment,  you and your InnerWork leadership coach will shape an Action Plan that will often be a blend of key personal behavioral changes and some key organizational or team outcomes you want to change.

Coaching

  • You and your InnerWork leadership coach will then convene bi-monthly (telephone or in-person) for a one hour coaching sessions based on the desired outcomes in your Action Plan.
  • Additional InnerWork program curriculum readings & exercises may be part of your learning process.
  • The scope, depth and length of your Coaching process varies based on your needs.
